SASMA  Membership Affairs is the division responsible for SASMA  Members. Up-to-date records show that we have filed 612 individual and corporate members. Out of them, 117 belong to medical specialties mainly sports injuries, orthopedics, cardiology, psychology-etc. The other members’ Para-medical and Non-medical specialties feature physiotherapy, pharmacology, Exercise physiology, Bio-mechanics and physical Education.

A member must hold a university degree as a minimum requirement and within this context we have 125 PhD holders.

SASMA Membership Affairs organizes an annual plenary meeting to gather the members and conduct a forum on one of the sports medicine hot issues.
